In front of the coffeeshop
*Note6* Today's scribble

In front of the coffeeshop

Poor strange creatures:
head-banded, bandana-ed, backwards-capped,
hair warming the nape of their necks,
tattoos telling tales revealed come summer:
“I’m for peace”,
“I want a piece”,
“I don’t give a feck”.

On bikes, on skates,
they wheel away and disappear like ants…
… and like ants at suppertime come back.

Strange creatures chatting among themselves,
oblivious to the old guy taking notes,
keeping track.

*Note6* Sketching it out:

Some young men were hanging out in front of Bernices... then off they went!

Every month there is new artwork on the walls:

But what is it? Reminds me of a banana! *Bigsmile*

*Note6* Me and Mine:

I went for a long walk on Saturday... a long walk today. If I keep this up... I may lose weight and actually get to know this place.

Today: yellowbells and buttercups, phlox and everything turning green. I walked in the North Hills. Very windy...

Yesterday I walked the fire road across the face of Mt. Sentinel from the south near Pattee Creek to the M. If it weren't for my vertigo, it would've been excellent. The steepness of the M trail defeats me. I feel like I'm falling off the mountain.

In other personal news: I'm taking my ginkgo biloba 9 days on, 5 days off. I'm cooking... made a stew of pork sirloin, onion, carrot, rutabaga, used balsamic vinegar and boysenberry syrup. Today I rearranged and watered my geraniums and later found a Cabelas jacket for free behind Salvation Army. I'm doing okay otherwise except for pesky nightmares.

*Note6* Miss A. Lou: 55º and windy at 8 pm Montana Standard Time.
