I’m thinking of going out Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is my birthday. On Christmas Eve the streets of Las Vegas, are full of last minute Christmas shoppers. I do not like to drive on Christmas Eve so I usually stay home. This year I’m considering making an exception and going out to eat.

This isn’t a light decision. I’ve labored over it for several days. Last year Mom was still cooking and so she made my birthday dinner. Mom doesn’t cook anymore and I’m not looking forward to making my own birthday dinner. The only solution is to go to a restaurant on my birthday and that means driving in Las Vegas Christmas Eve traffic.

If we stay home and I don’t cook the only thing I’ll have for my birthday is peanut butter. The only thing Mom wants to fix is peanut butter, so if she fixes my birthday dinner it will be a peanut butter sandwich. I would like to have more then a peanut butter sandwich on my birthday.
