The lion walked close to the village. Their box with moving pictures and loud noises was on. Instead of showing little men dressed in colorful clothes run after a ball and all the village's men assembled in front, it had the village children in front of it. Today, the TV showed two lions. An old scarred lion and a cub walking together. The cub went into a valley and nearly was trampled by wildebeest. He was able to climb up the ravine, but his father, a majestic looking lion, died as he fell into the valley.
The lion walked away, shaken at what he had just seen. He had planned to go into a nearby valley, but now he was worried wildebeest might stampede him. He sat down under a tree and overlooked the savanna. He decided that his spot in the shade was a much better one than risking his life.
