The Continuing Saga of Prosperous Snow |
‘Idál (Justice), 4 ‘Ilm (Knowledge), 167 BE – Wednesday, October 19, 2011 about 3:10 PM Pacific Time Until recently, I thought I was in fair health; however, I do not think that is true any more. This morning I sorted three or four basket of cloths so that I could take them to the laundromat tomorrow. It wore me out sorting and I had to rest before I carried the baskets to the car. I am not in good health and I know why my grandmother did housework at night. If Grandma had to rest between jobs the way I do, she needed the nighttime to finish all the housework. I will be glad when December comes so that I can see my new doctor and get physical. I want to know what is wrong with me and why I tire so easily. I do not think sorting three baskets of cloths should wear a person out. I could understand being tired if I scrubbed the floor on my hands and knees, but sorting cloths should not take that much energy. Perhaps I need to change my diet. Maybe I need to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables instead of getting them from a can. If that is the case, then I am going to have to start watching the sales and drive to different grocery stores to do my food shopping. If that is the case, then I will have to plan a couple of days for buying groceries. At least, that will give me more exercise. |
