That said, I'm chilling. May do something today ...may not.

Travel plans ...like visiting the Peace Falls ...may have to be simplified to visiting Heredia. Disappointed, but by now I'm looking forward to getting back. Today is Day 82 of 85.

I've been blessed. Haven't lost much money or my passport yet! Have only lost 10 pounds; but I didn't gain. I've been frustrated and angry, but not for long. I've visited most of the places I had on my list and a couple that weren't. I've visited friends. I've read little and wrote little but took thousands of photos. I've written in my journal every day. I've stayed in touch on facebook and with Skype. I even bought a couple gifts; I usually don't.

I learned I can travel for three months. I've learned it isn't easy and that at times I don't enjoy it. I know I'd survive if I had no home to come back to.

Life is a struggle and a saga.

Not that George cares. Friends are there regardless.

Today I'll repack and hopefully visit with my friend Alberth. May get to a Chinese restaurant. May visit the mariposario (butterfly house) or small zoo.

I may come back in July or August and should consider starting with Parismina, the Northern Caribbean, the Northern plains of Sarapiquí, maybe stay a week in Carmona de Nandayure. I need to consider my mother's visit to my sister in Washington as well. At age 91 she'll hope to stay two months (sometime between July and September). I'm sure she'll want to see her granddaughter graduate from high-school first.

So, I have an orange shirt for Queen's Day in Holland and need to look for another! Ah ..."pura vida". It's a saying here ...personally, I don't believe it.

Well, George just got up and left. He was done licking himself.
