Spring Picnic
I sit among the daffodils
In a garden rich with colour
A rabbit sniffs the carrot stems
Their sweet aroma most divine
I pull the picnic basket out
And search with determination
For sweets and treats tucked in so deep
To satisfy my taste buds, true
Above the sky is blue and fine
Birds fills the air with song delights
Until the helicopter strikes.
