New Year's Resolution's and Procrastination

A phonograph echoes through the house
Playing a Happy New Year song,
Encouraging my daredevil muse,
To make perilous resolutions,
About levitating last year's unachieved goals
Over procrastination's disease,
So that they drop down
Like a roof caving in
On procrastination's head.
