Prompt: Life is about using the whole box of crayons. What is your take on this?

One must not be afraid to experiment
To try new shadings...
Varying the colour
Or changing it completely
To see something that lies within the image
The prospect of something more....
Staying within the lines is boring,
Pedestrian, beyond comfortable,
Stable, yet static.
Using only the basic of colours
limits our view.
To be dynamic and alive
We must add in a few new colours
Don't be afraid to use the whole box...
Experiment with the complexity of light and dark,
Sharp and bold,
Subtle and shimmering.
Draw your own lines.
Don't settle for the contours of others,
Defined by expectations and social restrictions.
Break out.
Let your creativity flow and see where it leads you.
Don't be afraid to follow where it takes you
Be amazed at the dramatic blaze of colour
Your life can become, if you just let yourself...
Be open to it all.
