Attributive Nouns
"Attributive Nouns" 

What it says

Just another of my many signatures

Today we're going to look at an interesting type of noun called an attributive noun and a concept called stacking. An attributive noun is a noun that is used as an adjective or descriptive word and describes the noun that follows it. An example would be "cattle herd" or even "cattle stampede".

Today's assignment is come up with five attributive nouns and use them in a sentence,

I attended a furniture auction.
My son went to nursery school.
I was stationed at a military base.
I listened to a rock song.
She is a lady friend.
