Okay, I may have exaggerated a little bit! I'm not that gloomy and miserable. I do know how to have fun and I love to laugh. This is my first blog and I've set it up to help motivate myself to write every day... well, almost every day... well, more often than I write now.
I know it's hard closing the book on a blog (I've done it twice- once because I was bored with it and nobody read it), and again because I actually ran out of room after 380 entries). We pour so much into them sometimes that starting over fresh can be daunting, but it can be done. I iook forward to what you reading what you've got coming up next.
Bittersweet goodbyes! Back when I blogged on WDC, I never actually filled an entire blog, but a few times I did start over, just because sometimes we need to start from scratch. I'll make sure to follow your new blog!

You have certainly shared your life here, I can see why this is a hard place to give up. I appreciate the fact that you are willing to give up something you love in order to continue with confidence that which you desire to do; just in a different way. It's kind of like being at University, you work like you've never worked before; and just as you feel truly acclimated, it's time to graduate, time to move on. I would say {even though we haven't met}, that this is a type of graduation, because you are securing a new place to share your thoughts. And like you said, you may be changing the name, which feels like an acknowledgment of change; and that can be a good thing.
