Recall or Forget; Justice or Retribution, these are the themes of my stories and academics
I have always been a writer but only with retirement have I been able to indulge myself full time writng short stories often, but not always, based on my experiences as a criminal trial lawyer.  I have also at different times been a pilot, electrician, scuba diver, and adventurer workign and living immersed in a variety of cutures around the world, including Borneo, Australia, New Zealand, the Canadian Arctic, Out Island Bahamas and more.

Recently I returned to university to study forensic psychology, but became absorbed in the ethics and application of the new discoveries in the science of human memory, leading to a graduate degree.  Memory is not what we have been led to believe.  Not only is memory not a mechanism for acurate recall of experience, but that would be a species destructive feature if it were the case.

This site is exciting like my local writers guild group, as it opens doors to learn from many writers and readers of a wide variety of approaches.  I hope to get to know you - whoever you may be.
