Hello, I am glad you are back. EX Navy, no wonder...My second son and my brother are both ex-navy and they both think ahead like you in another post talked about. Eight kids...lucky you. I raised three of my own then helped my daughter raise five. Your house must be bubbling with personalities.

Yes my oldest son was an alcoholic. I couldn't help him. I could not get him to even TRY to stop. It didn't end well for us. He took his own life at age 45 on his birthday. When a person doesn't want help there is nothing you can do. We tried interventions, we tried walking away, alcohol and drugs won.

You sound like a kindred spirit to my brother. BE PREPARED always for any and everything. Don't give up on your loved ones, not everyone thinks ahead. Some of us less evolved people like to slide along life's slopes on our butts. Good luck sometimes we have to experience the bunders before we learn. It might help that you can always say "I told you so."

Nope! no swelling or strange feelings. I do get this killer itch sometimes but it's not just in my feet, it's in different extremities at different times, but other than that, nothing.

Okay. Sure why not.

They can tell a lot by blood tests and visually as far as diabetes. If it's Type to you can control it with diet awareness. I know one person who lost enough weight that she's no longer diabetic.
Do your feet swell up or have any unique feelings in them?

Yes, I have been reading your entries with interest. You have a talent for expressing yourself with honesty. I can apreciate that. I have experienced some very similar things in my life, as well.

If I were to do a review, I would have to call out the punctuation (or lack thereof)
But perhaps, some of this may be intentional to allow your feelings to be expressed. You are the writer here, but I just wanted to give my thoughts on this. Another thing I need to mention is the incomplete wording, such as, in”S”, 2nd line. “Feels like the world is moving i slow motion.

I really do like your work and look forward to reading more of it. Thank you for sharing.

I agree. I think the reason so many people side with him, who have no reason to side with him, is because they've dug their heels in. They've been scorned by people who knew better than they did, and the only way out of it for them, mentally, is to not be in the wrong. So they convince themselves that they aren't. In order to not be wrong, Trump has to be good. So he is, and everyone who says he isn't is lying. I think getting out of this mess is going to be tricky, and I'm not sure we can. But out best shot is to stop putting Trump's followers on the defensive and get them to understand that they have a place among us if they want to have one--and they must have a place, otherwise they will never leave Trump's side. Why would they?

I'm sorry. Getting your house back and your daughter back is a blessing, albeit in disguise.I do hope the police get him first. He won't even realize what he did was so wrong. SADLY. Work on healing her, she needs your help. Thanks for sharing.

Ok, i gotta ask this question: Is there anyone out there that thinks i am inferior to them because i'm black? Or that i'm inferior because you are white? As a black man in America, i am tickled pink. Man do you know what would have happened if there would have been a hung jury or an aquittal? Black folks would have burned Minneapolis down. Justice. I think it would have torn this country up. It was on video. We weren't going for that O.J. " Who you gonna believe, the cops or your lying eyes" shit. The Jedi mind trick won't work. Personally , things are going in weird directions for me. The good: got a stimmy check that helped out greatly. The Bad: my doctor just told me i may have Diabetes. And high blood pressure. But i feel fine! The doc has me on some pills for all this shit, and its a pain in the ass remembering to take them every day. but i'm working on it. More good news: i'm fully vaccinated! I already had Covid 19, along with a shot of pneumonia. Come on folks, what up? How's your life going? What's good and/or bad in your life? Holla at me!

Well, they have killed another unarmed black man. And only like ten miles from where the Chauvin trail is taking place .I don't agree with rioting and looting, but boy do i understand it. What do you expect? We are tired to the point of insanity with the cops killing us. When will it stop? Do black people have to tear shit up to be heard? Damn it, when a traffic stop becomes a life or death matter ( which for us it always is) What are we to do? And if you think it's bad now, let them NOT convict Chauvin. Damn, it's a fucked up day already , and it's only 6:34am. Jack asses are just pushing my buttons already. This particular jack ass is my wife. Got drunk last night and lost the cell phone i pay for, and the card i pay for it with. Damn, then she wouldn't get her ass out the bed to help look for it. I aint even speaking to her ass right now. i told her ass to call me if she can find her phone. I shoulda dumped cold water on her ass. Next time she try that "i dont wanna go out broke, i need a few bucks" shit, i'mma cuss her out.This will not be pleasant to be around today.

Hello! How y'all doing out there? I am battling a possible torn rotator cuff. But other than that, i am charged with a positive feeling. Feels like something good is coming my way, i just don't know what it is. Any good things happening to you guys? I'm gonna need yall to be positive, and pass positive vibes on to every one you know, cause if having a bad day means killing eight innocent Asian women who are just doing their jobs,
then by all means, do what makes you happy. Or do people of color need to start having bad days?

Ok! I'm pissed. My wife , her mother, and the kids are pissing me off. Somebody is gonna end up as milk box material. Motherfuckers are lazy, loud mouthed , smart asses. From the wife to the youngest grand child, all of them get on my fucking nerves. Talking sense into them is like trying to get a Trumper to understand the importance of climate change. Fuck'em all.

The Knife or naw?

Wow. So about a month and a half ago, i was moving a dryer up some stairs with my son, and when it began to slip i reached down, re set my grip, and yanked it back up. In the process, i guess i tore my rotator cuff. The docs say i may need surgery. The shit is painful though. If i need the surgery, i'll just have to do it. Going under the knife don't scare me, but the enteruption into my work life would be a pain in my ass. So let's hope like hell the knife isn't needed. The old ball and chain is worried, but i will reassure her that Big Daddy will be alright. The kids are worried too, like Daddy is made of glass or something. Fear not, dear followers, ya mans shall triumph!
