We are going to spend out last night together at Soda Butte Lodge, Tavern And Casino & Prospector Restaurant so today is all about getting what ever you need before going back home because once our stuff is moved to our final destination the party is on.
The saloon is just like you would find in the 1800's, with card tables and show girls on the stage. The tavern is noted for its big game specialty meals, please let me know if you are vegan or vegetarian so I can make arrangements for your meals. The lodge only has 32 rooms so I booked everyone so we could enjoy ourselves without any outsiders... let your hair down moments. What happens on WDC and 30 Day virtual camping stays there. *Facepalm*
While you are partying and having a good time on our last night could I ask another question...
Where would you like to go camping next year? Last year, we were up in Moosehead country in Maine, this year we've been in the west at Yellowstone. Do you want to try international camping across Europe or Asia? Do you want to go on a safari in Africa? Or do you want to go to South America or Antarctica? I need time to plan so speak up now or forever hold your peace as the saying goes.
*Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo*

I'm so for the casino *Bigsmile*. I'm not a huge card player but I know I'm awesome lucky charm. When our ship one time visited Hobart, Tasmania we stayed overnight there. After we hurried up to finish the night shift my friend John suggested to go to casino because that was the only place opened after 11p.m. I didn't bring a lot of money just for the reason I didn't want to loose it and while they were playing Black Jack I was just sitting on the table and blowing into their cubes for luck. And...woilaaa...they got around 500. bucks. We got some drinks then and left. The old style saloon sounds fun and I practically can imagine sexy saloon girls around us *Laugh*. I'm not vegan nor vegetarian, I eat practically everything what you serve to me except beans. I just can't eat cooked beans. I saw ANN Counselor, Lesbian & Happy talking with one of the card dealers and one sexy saloon girl was playing around Charlie ~ *Laugh*. I have no idea what happened later on. What happens on the Camping trip stays on the Camping trip *Wink*.
I think I posted in one of the previous entries few sites about Bosnia because we really have some awesome places for camping, National Park, so, I agree that next year we can consider international camping trip. We can travel through the space like when we were on Magical ship from place to place. Lyn's a sly fox , you can pick up everyone's suggestions and put it all together in that international camping trip. *Smile* I'm sure it will be fun as this one.
Here are two pics of my first visit to casino in Bahamas and my first won of $36. *Bigsmile*

We are picking our gear, cleaning our site up and naturally Lyn who always asks questions asked...What do you now know about yourself at the end of this month-long challenge? What did you learn about your fellow campers? Is there a blog entry this month that really struck a chord with you.

http://www.pineedgecabins.com/

This is where we will be sleeping until the conclusion of our trip in Silver Gate. We will be learning how to use spotting scopes this afternoon.
We highly recommend the spotting scopes for those of you who come to Yellowstone to see wolves, bear, goats, sheep. Many times having a spotting scope will bring a far away animal into view and help create an experience that you will never forget.
The store serves as a gathering place for relaxing and sharing your days experiences with the other guest and staff. Most nights during the summer and fall we build a fire outside in front of the General Store. We have plenty of hot dogs or marshmallows, gram crackers, and chocolate bars for your grilling pleasure.

I have two perspective on today's prompt. As you all know, I have not two but three homes. First one is my home, a place where I was born and raised, second is WdC and the third one is the ship. I spend so much time in all three of them and like that I have different points of view from each. I've been to 7.different ships in my company during 4.years, how long my job lasts, and each and every time it was different. Different job, people, friends, experience itself. I remember how hard was to leave at my first contract but no one couldn't stay more than 10.months per contract. I lived with so many unknown people that grew up to my heart quickly. However, the office decided that 8.months and 7.days is enough for me and that I need to go home for vacation. My bestie, my roommate Sanja from Macedonia became a second sister to me. We did EVERYTHING together. At the ship is very important to have a roommate with who you're gonna connect at some regular level because you have to live together. It's like you got married with a stranger, you need to find some kind of compromise if you want that relationship to succeed. She was the best roommie I ever had. Aside, I had few more people with who we hang out often and we created a little family that I'm still in contact with till today's day. However, when it's time to go home at the ship, the connections and relationships we built is hard to leave behind just for the reason the same people in most of the case you will never see again in your life. Except on facebook maybe. The same was with us then. I was the first one who left, the rest of them followed me two or three weeks after. When I got flight details for my next contract Darko and Vedran, two gay friends from Zagreb in Croatia from my first contract, were happy enough to come to the airport and to spend incredible 5.hours before I'll board the airplane to Germany and from there I'd have the flight to USA. No one ever did such thing in my life before and after. Airports are not fun at all. My second contract was total nightmare because of Richard and the baby and that was the time when I almost went crazy. I found myself totally alone in the world I didn't know, with people who didn't give a single fuck about my sudden problem of anxiety and depression. Sanja got another ship and we were on totally opposite sides of the country, I was in Miami and she was in New York. It would be so much easier if I had her then. Anyway, I finished the contract somehow and what I learned about myself was the fact how weak and fragile I am. When I told to Sanja what happened, we talked on Skype then, she was stunned and amazed how I survived all the shit. It sounds maybe crappy or not so difficult when I'm saying all this to you now, but you will never know how hard is to have a job on a cruise ship. It is just difficult to go through the routine of it every single day. That's what I learned about myself. I'm so fragile and weak. I still let the same things hunt me even after three years and I will let them hunt me till the rest of my life because that's the way I am. Once you break me I'll never go whole again.
As for this camping experience it was fun. I had fun when we were on Magical ship as well few months ago, it's always fun to do 30DBC. However, on this trip I learned something else about myself. I realized that I can commit myself to write at least thousand words in a day. Why i sad this? I mentioned it because I want to tell you that I signed up for "October Novel Prep Challenge and I'm planning to do NaNoWriMo   for the first time *Delight*. I have a story, I have a characters, I need to think of few things but it should be fine by the beginning of October. We still have plenty of time to develop the story. How I involved myself into this? Ask Charlie ~ .. I just couldn't let him to go there alone. It's scary. *Laugh*
There's a blog entry that caught my attention of course. It's when I won the first prize in making a costume. Read it all here-- "Invalid Entry When I won first prize in Halloween party back in 2014. it was mostly coz I had a good friend as a judge. And the costume was nice of course, but mostly coz of a friend. *Laugh* I have no idea who voted for me on this trip and how many votes I had to win fashion MB, but thanks to Charlie who had been judge for this. I like to think that it happened almost the same thing like this from 2014. What I learned about fellow campers?

Yesterday the Shoshone shared their traditions with us and we talked about ours with them. It was a lot of fun to learn about our differences.
We will be transported back to our next destination on our camping adventure, we are going to hike/climb Thunderer once we get our gear stowed, tents set up and our clothes changed at Pebble Creek. It is going to be our last hike/climb together after this adventure we will be staying in town at Silver Gate on the 29th. You will appreciate spending the last two days recuperating after this climb.
Ropes, and all the gear needed will be provided, just wear your boots for this.
The Thunderer el. 10,495 feet (3,199 m) is a mountain peak in the northeast section of Yellowstone National Park in the Absaroka Range. The Thunderer, named by members of the Arnold Hague Geological Survey of 1885 for it propensity to attract thunderstorms is a long high ridge just north of Mount Norris.

Tell us about your climb, what you saw and how you did?
*Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo*

Even though the weather prognosis said it will rain today we decided to go for hike/climb the Thunder. I got my favorite Adidas sneackers for this because I never ever go in any adventure without them because they're so comfortable and pink *Bigsmile*. While hiking through the forest we talked about how this camping trip was exciting and we all felt need to do it again. Some of us signed up for the next challenge in 30DBC and I saw we have some new crew so we all hope it's gonna be exciting and great as this one. We walked at least hour and a half when we saw the river and decided to take a little rest before climbing, everyone became hungry at the same time, so we used the break for nice lunch. It was awesome while fresh breeze blew in our way bringing more dark clouds, reminding us that we have to leave soon if we don't want to catch the rain and pouring. Some of us wanted to take the shortcut to the mountain by passing by the river but it was too wild and cold for such thing so we gave up. After few miles we saw the Thunder approaching. It looked little bit difficult to climb it as the rocks were pretty tricky and sharp. We had to be very careful with this if we don't want someone to get hurt. The clouds were getting darker and darker and we hurried up to make it to the top before it starts to pour. Luckily no one got hurt. The view from the top was spectacular and the air was crisp and so fresh that you could almost cut it with the knife. We decided to leave the panel with our names on it saying that we were there on today's day and we took together's picture (that I don't have of course *Laugh*). It started raining and we hurried up down to reach the lodge before it gets worse. We took the river shortcut this time, anyway we catched the rain and we were all wet, and as soon as we reached the lodge we lighted up the fire to dry ourselves. The dinner and wine were marvelous as we talked about today's adventure and what's waiting for us in the next last two days of our camping trip.

Pack a light bag, to take with you the wardens will transport the rest of your stuff to our next site. Toothbrushes, combs, and clean underwear for two days will suffice. We are leaving the park and going to the Shoshone reservation in Wyoming for a special celebration.
Remember we talked earlier about the Northern and Eastern Shoshone (sheepeaters) well they invited our group, it's quite an honor.
"Wind River Indian Reservation is an Indian reservation shared by the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho tribes of Native Americans in the central western portion of the U.S. state of Wyoming. It is the seventh-largest Indian reservation by area in the United States, encompassing a land area of 3,473.272 sq mi (8,995.733 km²), or land and water area of 3,532.010 sq mi (9,147.864 km²)."`Wikipedia
They have native clothing for us to wear so we can participate with them around a huge bonfire on the reservation. We will be sampling many native dishes and sleeping in actual teepees during this festivity. ps. Charlie ~ the women wear more than the men do!
There will be storytelling from the elders about their history, they are hoping each of us will share something of our family history or nationality. So am I, we all have rich family histories/nationalities if we think about it. Some of you recently have written some lovely poems I am sure will be appreciated as well.
So here's your chance to enlighten us about what makes you shine!
*Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo*

Ohhh..I can't wait. I don't know about native clothing but I guess it's fine as long as it covers enough. *Laugh* Otherwise, I don't want to see naked bodies of my campers and feel awkward when I see them somewhere again when our camping trip finish. *Bigsmile* I remember when I was at Fiji back in 2013. I've seen some people in native clothes as part of the tourist attraction or whatever it was. They were standing on the side walk and dancing and singing. There's some voodoo dance of their men that I recorded as well. It was fun though. Here is the video   if you're interested. (note:you may hear me speaking few words here and also you may hear me spitting at the end of the video when I thought one of the guys is gonna throw lance on me) *Laugh*
Ugh..Bosnian history. I don't really know you wanna hear it. It was all about wars because of nationalities. I'll share some information that I learned at school. The prehistory of Southeastern Europe , defined roughly as the territory of the wider Balkans peninsula (including the territories of the modern countries of Albania, Kosovo, Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia, Greece, Bosnia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova and Turkey) beginning with the presence of Homo sapiens in the area some 44,000 years ago. The Kingdom of Bosnia was a medieval kingdom that evolved from the Banate of Bosnia (1154–1377) whose monarch was King(Ban) Tvrtko I. After he resigned from his duty Bosnia fell under Ottoman Empire. The arrival of the Ottoman Turks marked a new era in the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Bosnian Kingdom fell in 1463. to the Turks. All of the Bosnian churches eventually were converted to Islam and Ottoman rule for Christian parents, whether they belonged to Christianity or Orthodox, was to separate them from their families and to be 'recruited' so later on they can be taught according to Ottoman society. In 1878. Bosnia fell under the Austro-Hungarian Empire and ethnic groups were separated as follows: The Muslims were represented by the Muslim People's Organisation, the Serbs were represented by the Serbian People's Organisation, while the Croats were represented by the two political parties, the Croatian People's Union and the Croatian Catholic Association. That's called Habsburg Era. 1918-1941. during the war Bosnia was incorporated into the South Slav or Yugoslavia. Starting in 1941, Yugoslav communists under the leadership of Josip Broz Tito organized their own multi-ethnic resistance group, the partisans. The break up of Yugoslavia started in 1990. right after Josip Broz Tito died. He died in 1984. and just one year later, 1985. I was born. *Bigsmile* Yugoslavia was and still is the best part of the history that people still remember just because within it there was no any ethnic groups, there was no Muslim, Christian or Orthodox, all of them were merged in one and like that lived in peace. However, the break up and split of Yugoslavia and death of the President Tito caused Yugoslavian war 1992-1995. that I also remember. Basically, the country was becoming smaller and smaller because of wars of ethnic groups, everyone wanted to have country as their own. Yugoslavia included 7.countries--Bosnia&Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Kosovo and all of them split in Yugoslavian war 1992-1995. Today in Bosnia still lives all three ethnic groups, Bosnia has three languages, Bosnia has three Presidents, one for each ethnic group, and over 4.377,033 citizens according to inventory from 1991.

You are spending my 59th birthday with me at Slough Creek for the night before we go to the Shoshone Indian reservation on the 27th. We have been invited to be their guests. We are hiking to Slough Creek from the lodge so we will be busy most of the day.
"Slough Creek Campground is generator free with drinking water and vault toilets, and is best suited for tents and small RVs. Each campsite has a picnic table and fire pit with grate. Food storage boxes measuring 48 x 22 x 22 in. are available for shared use.
Campsites are on a first-come, first-served basis. One of the most popular campgrounds in the park, Slough Creek is often full by 8 AM from its opening day through mid-September." We were lucky to have it reserved for just our group.
It has some of the best wildlife viewing opportunities, the wolves can be heard very clearly at night and the stars are supposed to be breathtaking. Do the wolves howling make you nervous? Inspire us with some creativity...poetry, short story or even a tale of a time under the stars in your real life.
*Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo*

Happy birthday and congrats on your new promotion to moderator , Lyn's a sly fox . Everyone agreed to have some party for this reason so, the least I could do is to set up for you in & out forum where everyone will be able to say something. I'm short with GPs because of all madness around WDC 15th. birthday and I couldn't figure out anything else for your celebration. I hope you'll have a great one and not just now but till the rest of your life. *Smile* Here's bitem link that I will transfer to your portfolio:

IN & OUT
Happy birthday to our amazing Lyn  (E)
From all your fellow campers and other members of WDC as well
#2054881 by Lyn's a sly fox

If anyone has any other idea about party feel free to say something. We all had fun with costume party that Charlie ~ suggested.
Now, about that story or poem under the stars from real life. I have to say that I didn't have many nights under the stars in my real life. I mean, I did, but in most of them we were all drunk or something *Bigsmile*. I'm sure you don't want to hear that one. In one of the previous entries I talked about the book we read in elementary school, 'Petrified Wolves' and you agreed how sad it was. It was pretty sad for a 9.years old child to read such thing. But, most of the poems about lonewolfs are sad, at least I see them that way. Loneliness is special enjoyment when chosen by yourself but hard to digest when gifted by the others. I think here lies all philosophy. If someone tells me that I can choose to be alone I would never do it because I love people. I mostly have an issue with myself when I find myself alone because I feel scared. Not scared like someone will kill me, just scared of not having anyone around me even to share quietness of that moment. It maybe sounds crazy but I'm just like that. Most of the people don't understand me on this and I don't even try to explain anymore. When someone say that he don't understand the way I am I also say that I don't understand why people feel need to be alone. I only can survive to be alone in the morning with my first coffee but even then I'm here with WDC so I'm not totally alone. And, as usually I always miss the theme in prompts so I'll just shut up and write some wolfy stuff that you require.. *Bigsmile*
~Lonewolf~
There's no excuse for hate in this world but people still hate. There's also no excuse to not be accepted but people still fear the differences. He was just like that, different. I didn't try to change him, I let him be himself. I didn't try to tame him, I let him be free. I loved the sound of his voice in the cold nights under the stars because that was the sound of his once broken soul. It wasn't me that picked up all broken pieces of his shattered life putting it back again, it was his power of will. Will for today, will for tomorrow. But he was still a lonewolf, strong and weak at the same time. There was nothing more of him that could make me hate it, there was nothing different in him that could make me fear him but there was perfect part of his imperfect being that I still feel longing for. *Smile*

"Calcite Springs
This grouping of thermal springs along the Yellowstone River signals the downstream end of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. The geothermally altered rhyolite inspired the artist Moran; his paintings of this scene were among those presented to Congress in 1872, leading to the establishment of the park. The steep, columnar basalt cliffs on the opposite side of the river from the overlook are remnants of an ancient lava flow, providing a window into the past volcanic forces that shaped much of the Yellowstone landscape. The gorge and cliffs provide habitat for numerous wildlife species including bighorn sheep, red-tailed hawks, and osprey."
Bring your binoculars with you today on our hike, we are going to studying the osprey and red-tailed hawks today. It would be really helpful if you brought your sketch pads as well. The ranger service is trying to find out what is impacting the two large birds in this area. So our eyes are very important today. Your keen ability for details is important.
Tell us what you learned today?
http://www.nps.gov/yell/learn/nature/osprey.htm
http://www.nps.gov/yell/learn/nature/raptors.htm
We will be here until early Wednesday so if you have things you need to get done before we conclude our trip in Yellowstone at another primitive site, I suggest you get what you need done.
*Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo*

Moran's painting reminds me a little bit of my favorite painter Thomas Kinkade. They both have that fairy tale touch in their paintings. Moran was painting nature and landscapes mostly while Kinkade used to add people or at least something that reminds us of their present (example:cottages with lights on inside or smoke that goes through chimney...) to his landscapes and nature. I don't know exactly if there's a museum of Moran's paintings in Yellowstone, I have to google it. If there is it would be nice to visit. I like art of paintings. Especially now because I'm planning to throw myself into it with my new job that I'm applying for. However, I hope I'll pass the training and all requirements. I'll tell you more about this if I pass the interviews. *Smile*
Whenever someone mention studying either plants or animals I think of my sister because she studied biology and she knows EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING including latin names for plants and animals. Unfortunately, I'm not into it too much, I even refused to help her to collect plants for her college Herbarium when she had to find 250. different kinds of plants *Laugh*, so I wont find this day of studying birds very interesting. That doesn't mean that I wont go, it's not to bad to learn something new but you may find me getting distracted. *Bigsmile* On the other hand, I'm totally for visiting museums of paintings in Yellowstone if there's any. I could even try to make small presentation of Moran paintings or something. I'm leaving you now with two awesome paintings of valleys. The first one belong to Thomas Kinkade and second one is work of Thomas Moran. *Smile*

Hopefully, after all the hard work to solve the mystery at Roosevelt Lodge, we can get a good night sleep. We are going to Tower Falls today on a picnic, bring a book, your camera whatever you want to relax. There will be swimming as well by the falls, don't forget your sunblock. What's your favorite way to unwind with out Wi-Fi in the wilderness.
It's a good time to recap all that you've seen because our time is almost up. The rangers are looking for suggestions on what they can do to improve the camping experience.
*Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo*

Picnic sounds fun. I don't remember last time I've been to picnic with anyone. Lets bring blankets and I'll make nice sandwiches for everybody and we can bring some games to play. How about Twister game?? *Delight*. I'm sure it would be fun. I'm not sure how long I can survive without WiFi, and I know how crazy it sounds, but for a change I could do some walking around. Maybe I find something interesting, maybe I come up with NaNo book idea for the next year..who knows. Or maybe I find some WiFi somewhere in the forest *Laugh*. This was pretty nice camping experience, when I consider that I never had any other *Laugh* so, I don't know if there's something that I could add to it. We've been at hotel, we didn't clean nor cook a lot, we had a costume party where I won so, I can't think of anything that we've been missing here. I'm satisfied. It's great sometimes to explore the nature, to remind ourselves on old times where you didn't feel need to say to your friends on social networks where exactly you are and what are you doing. It's important to enjoy yourself and your precious time, smell of the green, swimming, bird songs and the sound of waterfall. And once when you feel and see all that you can write about it and share it with your friends on social networks once when you reach free WiFi, probably in the next lodge where we'll stay. *Bigsmile*

Everyone is really grumpy this morning, what a night... No one slept at all, the lodge was filled with such racket. We've all heard about the ghosts wandering around the lodge but usually the ghost does not disrupt the guests. Something happened... it's up to you to solve the mystery... weave us a tale with a probable answer.
If anyone is up to going to the Petrified Forest that is where we are going today. Would love to know your thoughts on what it looks like in your mind.
*Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo**Bulletg**Leafo*

hahahh I know why everyone is grumpy. It's because we had to work on Buffalo Ranch yesterday *Laugh*. Someone has to do something about rewarding hard working people here. Except Charlie ~ and me because we didn't want to work. *Laugh* It's not for sure because of the ghosts because you're right, ghosts usually don't disrupt if you're not asking for it of course. I remember at the ships that I've been on I heard few ghosts stories and I really believed in every single one of them. One guy who was telling the ghost story about woman who was crawling on the stairs in the main dining room said that she don't do anything to anyone, she's just there crawling because that's how she died. Apparently, she choked up with some food stuck in her throat. I believed in the ghost stories at the ship because there's so many people who died somehow there but their spirit couldn't pass away totally because they were at the open sea and they stayed somewhere in between. There's one ship in the company that I worked on where mostly old people are cruising. My friend had been there and she said it's morbid somehow because most of the people just want to die there and they don't choose the way how. She told me how some of them are trying to jump overboard just like that. Anyway, I'll tell you the real reason why people just want to die there, it's not all that bad and morbid. They come to die at the ship because after their death their close family will receive a huge amount of money as compensation from the company. Life is pretty tough for the crew members, trust me. We cannot let such things happen for the sake of company first and then you know how's publicity, newspapers...safety was always number one priority at the ship as for the guests the same for the crew members. However, I'm out of the main theme here so I'll go back to it. Like I said, the ghosts wont disturb you if you wont do any kind of conjuring or necromancy. We can, maybe, do necromancy of the Roosevelt's ghost that I talked about the other day. Maybe we can find out why people are being killed in the Yellowstone and how he disappeared at Eagle Peak. *Delight* You think he would tell us?? *Rolleyes* I suggest that we can try this!! I have no idea what is Petrified Forest. The name says that trees are petrified and like that it can be, maybe, something that existed million years ago. Like a dinosaurs. I guess we'll never know everything. There's so many interesting things and places on the Earth that we know nothing about. I would go there.

Wohoo, we are at Roosevelt Lodge... showers, awesome food and 61 degrees... sweet!
We are going to Tower Falls and surrounding areas, Petrified trees at Specimen Ridge and Calcite Springs... over the next three days.
http://www.yellowstonenationalpark.com/towerroosevelt.htm
Tomorrow, we are going to work on a Buffalo Ranch because storm damage was done to the Ranger Training Center and in exchange for our labor we are going to participate in a study with the rangers tagging the bison.
Work clothes, positive attitude... are you ready? What special ability do you bring to the table? Tell us about your contribution today.
Saturday evening's agenda is Grab the saddles and hitch up the wagon for an evening you won’t soon forget. We are riding out to Yancy’s Hole on a horse or in a covered wagon. When we arrive we’ll find those cooks dishin’ up some real cowboy grub at their popular Old West Dinner Cookout.
The coffee’s brewin’ over the open campfire, and the wranglers love talkin’ your ears off over a strong “cup o’ Joe!” When they ring the “dinner bell”,we’ll line up for real western beef steaks cooked to order, our signature Roosevelt Baked Beans, potato salad, coleslaw, cornbread muffins, and fruit crisp. And if all this is not enough, you’ll find your boots tappin’ to old western songs sung by our singin’ cowboy. You may have come here as a city slicker, but you’ll go back as a regular cowpoke!

I'll try to make this entry longer but I'm so tired. I arrived home last night after 2a.m. and I woke up this morning at 10a.m. Duration of the trip from Austria to Bosnia was, well...it took us around 11. hours with some short breaks. My legs hurts me because we've been walking all over the city 4.hours non-stop. Actually, I did make a break in Starbucks but only half an hour because my friends didn't want to miss city tour, cathedrals, museums, opera house and other stuff we saw yesterday. That is the reason why I really can't do any work in a Lodge. Even with all positive attitude I'm not able to make it. Maybe I will if someone promise me massage after. *Laugh* Uhm..do we have some spa center in the Lodge? *Rolleyes* If we have then this camping trip would turn into everything else but camping. *Laugh* When you mentioned cowboy's dinner and baked beans I couldn't help but remember the way Terrence Hill is eating beans   so, I'm not so crazy about it. I mean, he obviously enjoy in it here but it's too funny. *Laugh*
Brewed coffee over open campfire sounds great even though I belong to the new world and when someone says coffee I just think of Starbucks. That's funny because Starbucks is not even 'c' of Coffee. You have to try some real espresso where you pay 3.euros just for one shot and it's that strong that you're awake within a second running to the nearest toilette. *Laugh*. Or turkish coffee which is also very strong. In my country for example most of the people drink turkish coffee because it became tradition from before when Turks ruled the country before its separation after war. However, they kept drinking coffee as a tradition and now, when you have guests in the house you offer turkish coffee and then all of you sit in the living room and drinking coffee while talking about stuff. Sometimes drinking coffee takes hours and hours but that's not too much because of the coffee but because of socializing and friendship. I would love to hear your thoughts about drinking coffee. The only thing in common, I think, is the need for caffeine while you're writing or before you'll go to work. In my country the main purpose is to enjoy just in drinking. I like my coffee the best in the morning, alone with Writing.Com. *Smile*

We are only here for lunch so make sure if you are taking pictures of the ever changing Mammoth Terraces, We will be picked up by a bus at 3:00pm and taken to Roosevelt Lodge. Yes, you will be staying at the famous lodge for three days...hot showers, food cooked by someone else and a real bed.
Does anyone know who Roosevelt is, and what his contributions to Yellowstone were?
Make a choice for the best costume and let Charlie know, please and tell him why.

Roosevelt was a ghost of Yellowstone. Long time ago, back in 1903. he visited Yellowstone and got lost somewhere in Eagle Peak,Wyoming  . The authorities organized search but gave up after 5. days. 7th. day they proclaimed him dead. There was no any Sasquatch, wolves or anything similar, there was only Roosevelt. The legend says that hundreds of people were found dead but no one didn't know how or why. Some of them were guessing that the ghost of Roosevelt scare people only when he see that someone is not following the rules of Yellowstone park, most of the people used to leave garbage after them or they didn't extinguish fire after the BBQ or they just tried to destroy the nature somehow. This conclusion was made when local authorities found one couple dead in the forest with garbage bags on their heads. The autopsy showed dead came due to strangulation and they didn't find fingerprints of the killer. *Laugh*
Theodore Roosevelt was 26th President of USA. He ruled the country from 1901-1909. Contributions to Yellowstone I found on Google search, thank God to Google I've found out he visited Yellowstone back in 1903., and I found out there's an arch in national park built in his name. The top of the arch is inscribed with quote: For The Benefit and Enjoyment of the People. Now you understand my ghost story from above and the reasons why some people were murdered. *Bigsmile*
Ok, back to the costumes. I don't know to who I could give my vote. I vote for Cheddah . She was working very hard on her costume.
