100/day GOALS
I have selected two goals that are very important to me
GOAL #1
I will work-out daily. This includes walk/jog begin with 1.5 miles increasing to 5 miles. Lifting weights M-SA different body parts 3/sets of 12-15 increasing weight as needed.
GOAL #2
I will write for a minimum of 15 minutes a day. Doing this by adding to blog, competing in The Writer's Cramp, short stories or journaling.
