What beautiful and inspiring words! Thank you for sharing! However, be sure to also share where you got this from as I ran it through a plagiarism checker and you know what I found.

I'm not saying not to post things like that. It's a very meaningful thing to write. I'm just saying to be sure you post where it came from originally, even if you added some of your own and/or had AI write a good bit of it for you (which should also be mentioned). And, naturally, be sure not to enter things like this into contests.

Anyway, thank you for sharing this! I hope you post it on the Newsfeed (with a disclaimer, of course). It may help someone in need.

I need to be reminded of this "This story is all about life. It teaches us that We must GIVE before We can RECEIVE Abundantly." when I write a poem for/about someone. My meagre words may have meanings even I don't recognise.

Marathon

Why people from different communities run the Mumbai Marathon :

- Sindhis run because the cost includes return Sealink toll charges

- Gujjus run because the cost includes return Sealink toll charges + Free empty Goody bag + Free Water + Free Enerzal + Free Oranges + Free Salt + Free Ice Pack+ Free whiffs of Volini Spray on the route

- Marwaris run for all of the above reasons + they think they can take an interest free loan from Std. Chartered Bank for their business just because they ran !

- Punjus run simply because of peer pressure from other communities + that they can upload their pics posing on the Sealink. Otherwise they rather be sleeping.

- Maharashtrians run because that day most roads are closed and BEST buses are not plying - so how else will they commute ?

- Biharis & Bhaiyas run because they feel the Maharashtrians are running behind them and they run for their lives

- Catholics run because that's what they have been trained for since childhood - athletics or hockey or football

- Parsis run so hopefully they can find some other Parsi on the race track and get married immediately after the race

- South Indians run because of the completion certificate which they will get so that they can add this to their collection of certificates which they are collecting since childhood.

- Muslims run because they want to experience how it feels to cross the Sealink without riding triple seat on their bikes without helmets....
