Loved vampires when I was young, but got kind of bored by them because they all seemed kind of the same. My favourite vampire book is called Fevre Dream and is set on a paddle steamer on the Mississippi. If you haven't read it, see if you can find it. It's kind of different.

I still haven't managed to read Twilight. Or watch the movies. Is it just me or is Kristen Stewart really over rated? She just seems sulky in every role. And I hated her as Joan Jett....
