Definitely do not skip on commenting. He needs to understand that God doesn't second-guess anything and that nobody is more important than the Savior and God Himself. I'd suggest a private message first, then gently broach the subject when it's brought up at the next meeting. Especially if you're the only LDS member of the group. You'll be setting an example for the others that you're willing to stick up for your beliefs and clear up any misconceptions about the Church or whatever else may be in his book.

What does anybody else think?
