Hi Teresa.
Good to see the reminder. I started journaling in February and it was hard at the beginning. Writing every day about my thoughts and feelings wasn't and isn't easy for me, but I did work on it and for the most part am happy with my progress. I'm on a break from it now but intend to continue with it. I also have created one new form so far. I call it Six. I'm still working out the kinks.
