Been there, done that, sweetie...you really need to talk to your friend, or find a doctor...I'm afraid that you may need to have medication and have it adjusted for your sugar levels to stabilize. Promise you will at least talk to your friend. I suggest you keep a log of your sugar levels, and what's going on when you take them...ie, just waking up, after a meal, high stress, whatever it is...This will help your doctor see what may be triggering the high numbers...

If there is anything I can do for you, ie, pray, shoulder to cry on, someone to talk to...let me know. But please, this is nothing to put off any more. You are important, and so is your health!
