I made this in several steps. First I made the base AI pic on Wombo Dream, of a lady holding a baby dragon, and then I embellished it with a frame, shrubbery, text, butterflies and a filter, using an app called Photo Studio on my Galaxy.
The words are a quote from the Imagine Dragons song Summer, off of their 2015 album Smoke + Mirrors. The art associated with that album taught me a lot about surrealism and appreciating the darker side of beauty and art.
