Go over to the iguana tank.

As you approach the iguana tank, the iguana wastes no time welcoming you into its home; it's large, sticky tongue strikes you right in your chest, and before you know it, you're inside it's slimy mouth. Forced to choke on its hot breath, the only solace you have is that you are quickly swallowed and sent right to its plushy stomach, which is somehow even hotter.

On the outside of the iguana, minor activity is spotted, representing your futile efforts to punch your way out of its stomach.
