Transformation

Now how will the thief go about transforming into their desired target?

Magic Spell: The thief uses a magic spell to transform themselves into the target. (May or may not need requirement[s].)

Magic Ritual: The thief performs a ritual to change their body into the form of their target. (May or may not need requirement[s].)

Magic Doll: It's a magical doll that changes its appearance base on whose ever DNA or belonging it touches. Its owner can use the doll to transform themselves into whatever appearance the doll has.

Transformation Machine: A machine that transforms the thief's body into another person's appearance. The machine could have large pods to get into or something else.
