A crazy item I bought at a yard sale
The home-made sign read 'Yard Sale'
So I went to browse around
Inside and old shoe box,
Was a doll with a rumpled gown

I felt bad for the porcelain doll
So I decided to take her home
Later on in bed that night
I felt I wasn't alone

The lights out in the kitchen
Started going on the fritz
I got really creeped out
But I couldn't call it quits

So I went to check the power box
Everything seemed to be fine
I went back to the kitchen
And the clock read '9:39'

I went into the living room
Passed the rocking chair
I put that doll on it earlier
Now, it wasn't there

I found her at the foot of the bed
Her face looked cold and mean
Her eyes are were now a pale blue,
I could have sworn that they were green

Without her lips moving, she began to speak
"My name is Sally Anna, I am only 5,
My daddy didn't like us much,
Mommy and I died at 9:39"
