Subject: Oscar Devlin

Age: 50 years.

Description: Tall/Muscular green eyes, black hair. Always seen in some form of suit or professional wear.

Occupation: Owner and CEO of Devin Oil.

Oscar was born into a wealthy family January 2nd 1930 who owned an oil business. The profits were good but below most of the competition. Both of his parents were content on simply being rich despite the great depression. Only Oscar had higher ambitions. He maintained top grades and high athletic points through high school and college. Upon graduation, he was given part of the family business so to grow on his own.

Oscar treated his employees well and made safety the number one priority. This was not because he cared but because it brought in more business. With each environmental crisis made through other companies' negligence, Devin Oil made more business and government grants, increasing his wealth exponentially. By the year 1980, Oscar had an oil empire. His employees were loyal and those who proved to be unfaithful were economically and socially ruined; or so the rumors said. Oscar had his hands in several other businesses such as gambling, guns, real estate... anything that would increase his wealth more. Everything he dealt with was legal; at least on paper. He was used to getting his way.

Then he catches wind of this musical telling a story about a dying world. At first, he did not think much of it but he began to worry as the musical took the world by storm. soon, he found that every oil company, including his own, were beginning to fall under the microscope of government and media scrutiny. When the teenagers running the musical began to come out with blueprints for devices that could run everything on clean energy, Oscar began to panic. Such technologies could be the ruin of his oil empire.

Oscar began to take steps to slow the musical down only he failed again and again until he decided to take more drastic measures...
