This is another in the series of Irish Country Stories about the life of two county doctors in the small village of Ballybucklebo, a fictional village in Northern Ireland.

The two doctors solve problems and medical emergencies in a most hilarious way. With a cast of characters that are endearing and unique.

Entertainment as well as learning about the culture of the Irish.
I especially liked...
The antic of the pets in this book; Lady Macbeth, Arthur Guinness,Fingal's cat and dog, and General Sir Bernard Law Montgomery, Maggie's one eyed tattered eared cat.
