I always loved that story. from what i know, then ending is different: Orpheus was so struck with greif that his melodies were causing drought, and wars. finally he was torn to pieces by the women, who lost their babies... the opera is beautiful beyond compare. i recommend...

my neighbors had a mango tree. every year he was so hopeful when he saw the fruit growing , and then every year something happened and he never got the mangos. usually the problem was bats. they fly at night and take a peck out of every single fruit he had. even when he put a large net over the tree, it didn't help. to eat mangos is a miracle!!
