Review of Story of She

Exciting! Makes me remember a girlfriend of mine who every time we were in a motel she insisted in talking to me about a young woman who "accidentally" touched and caressed her hands every time they were in the restroom. Finally I understood that what my girlfriend wanted was that I accepted to share the motel's room the three of us. I finally agree and what the two girls did was exactly what you narrate in your wonderful short story!

Wow! This short story is a real lesson for those who need crutches to balance their minds. I don't know if that is the message from Winchester, but anyway is a good piece to read. Congratulations!

Review of Tomorrow
Review by guivas

Is not frequent to find a poem questioning about what comes after graduation. Interesting. And the answers you find reveal that you know the future is in your hands, no matter what you decide to do. Great! And talking about the poem itself I am sure you can edit it and try to use words (the last of each line) that rhyme without losing the meaning. Good luck and congratulations!

Good story. Tells us that happiness has nothing to do with being a woman or a man. In this fantasy the sorceress converted the boy into a beautiful girl. In real life, as one can see, changing the gender almost always ends in tragedy. It seems unbearable for everybody, even if that is not affecting at all their own lives!

Review of SILENCE

Sound of Silence, by Simon & Garfunkel. A beautiful song that I love but never analyzed its message the way you do.
Not easy to enjoy silence when one lives in a city or in a noisy neighborhood. Maybe if we live in a forest, the sound of nature (water, wind, trees, birds and wild animals) would not disturb us, and we feel it like silence.
My question is, silence and solitude are related?
Happy new year!

The best work I've ever read about abused women. A sad story, sure, and maybe fiction, but the characters described here, the victims and the perpetrators, are real and the same around the world.
Victims who quietly ask for help because they know the power of her executioner.
Not easy to predict the end of this silent cry.

Hi, Joseph.

Your nice prose implies that being alone is the better way to know who we really are. No distraction, no easy things, and your life and future depends on you. Good!

Review of In My Aloneness

I liked your writing about loneliness. There’s a lot of questions about that feeling, which has almost nothing to do with being among a crowd, because the feeling remains the same. Undoubtedly it comes from the past, but the past could be years or just hours ago.
We don’t know; it could be that being alone allows us to make friends with solitude!

GOD, MAMA MARY, LORD. You’re really lucky to have that marvelous company, helping you, if you need it.

Thanks for sharing.

Merry Christmas.

Review of MOTHER

Interesting (and not easy) way of writing, balancing between a kind of rhyme without missing the message.

No doubt mothers enjoy this beautiful description of their maternal love!
