I read PLASTIC TEARS and had to take inventory of my own inner man, asking myself if my reactions to unpleasant realities is sincere or a facade. It is sometimes hard to be real in a very plastic world. Thanks to author poet of Plastic Tears.
Once again we clearly see that the coin has two sides. How do we close our eyes to our own side long enough to see the other is a subject for good poetry. I read IT'S OVER and experienced Angelschild's version of this age old question. The last line "What once made me happy
Is no longer fun" sums it up well.
Night's Voice reminds us of the stark difference between the pure spirit voice that fills our dreams at night and the distortion that occurs when, in the daylight, when we filter them through the screens of rationality and so-called reason. We all have our song--the Night's Voice inside our souls. May we never lose that song. Thanks author poet Virtuoso for reminding us of that.
You, dear poet author, have vividly portrayed with wonderful words the midnight terror of a poor soul who feels trapped and is tormented by the astral realm of dreams. Thank you for sharing this with us. I have read The Unmarked door and came away with new lessons of the soul.
