Wow! I just happened to read your revision so much later in the same day. Now that's some transformation, attitude, and funny!

Review of Soul angel

Beautiful idea, starts out nicely. I don't get all the emotions: disdain, resentment, shutting down.

I like the whole rollling down and gravity idea. If trapped emotions are freed, there must be more goodness released then just those lingering negative emotions. I like to have a couple of drinks and watch a really good movie and have a good cry. Just my personal preference, though, the idea to explore emotional release without complicating emotions, don't mean to impose my meaning on yours.

Review of Lost in the Hills

Well done. I like how it develops from the broad, natural setting down to a teardrop and resolution to the problem of John shutting himself off from the world, against her advice.

I like out of the corner of his eye, for some reason don't like the imaginary hand.

I like how his words break the serene silence.

I like the images and sounds. I was reading some Gary Snyder this morning, your poem is aural by comparison to his being more visual.

I'm an aural person, so I find this peaceful and inspiring.

Not sure about frigid tunes. I could hear the tundra howling, I like the image of roaming the counties at a rapid pace, like a wolf.

Had me totally going with the story, details - I didn't like the end. It seems like a funny story until then.

I like your story telling and idea. Waking up and dealing with (real) fog is a funny idea.
