This is very spiritual. This poem has a mysterious character who appears after 30 years. The words give the reader questions to contemplate. What were the questions you asked?

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!

You are lucky to have had such a rich mother.

Her example was all you really needed.

I hope to do the same for my children.

I love your Psalm. It shows your great faith in Jesus Christ, and your perfect relationship with him.

I am sure there are many of God's children who can relate to your gratitude.

This is a beautiful Psalm.

This is a moving poem. It brings out the emotions involved in grieving, and it offers a gift of friendship and family. Repeating the stanza on "The Phone Rang Today", helps the emotions become real. The caller gives bad news, but offers a message of hope..

On this Good Friday, we think about the Sacrifice of the Lamb. How God in his infinite goodness laid down his body to be tortured. He gave everything we could not. We give very little of ourselves to him, but ask him for everything we think we need.
Have you prayed today, or did you do something for another to make his/her life worth living? God did!
We are loved beyond human recognition.
This is a wonderful poem...God Bless You.

Review of Opportunity

I like the theme of your poetry OPPORTUNITY, but you could have been more specific when writing about "craved, self-disband, freedom and liberty, and enslaved."

I have hypothesized that the deadly virus is sin. The only person to be free of this virus was the son of God"Jesus" he came to earth to pay for the sins of mankind. His blood freed humankind from their sins. To be cured of the deadly virus of sin we need to believe in Jesus and the fact that he came here to relieve us of this virus..

Review of The Troll Wife
Review by Marge
Rated: 13+ | (4.5)
This story seems to be a fantasy that is similar to Beauty and The Beast. In this story the woman Odora is the beast, and her husband Will is the handsome human. Odora seems so happy that she becomes beautiful. Will sees his wife as a beautiful human woman. It seems that Will loves Odora so much that he is willing to turn into a troll. When he becomes a troll he has the opportunity to live longer and to move into the forest where they both lived happily after.

You really have put a lot of effort into these two characters. The story is great.

This poem " I have sailed the Seas of Sorrow" is very moving. It tells a story of a father who loved his daughter unconditionally, and a daughter whose love will never die. The daughter (friend) was so blessed to share in the life of a man whose passion for nature and God's gifts was eternal. This sailor (father) has left a treasure chest of stories and memories which can never die. The passion and love that this poem expresses is beautiful. I only hope I can write that passionately in the future.

I do not understand Columbus In the Storm. I assume that it is about the certainty of storms or twisters of horrendous turmoil during a lifetime. I believe that belief is the only means of dealing with such uncertainty. That is why we need to believe in something or someone. Without the faith of God or some higher power, hope is deficient. Throughout my own life as I deal with the uncertainty of being alone, a woman and older, faith is sometimes the only thing that keeps me strong. We cannot just be strong for ourselves but must turn to a higher power for guidance and strength Sometimes I feel like I am being bombarded with negative energy, things keep going wrong. No matter how I try to fix them they just run there course. God is right there beside me. He holds me up, and helps me get through the days of uncertainty. Nothing is forever on this earth. God is the only certainty we have..

This is a wonderful poem. We need to help the forgotten ones. They risked their lives for us. Respect for the thousands of military men and women around the world. A grateful recipient of their sacrifice for us and our country.
