I really like this poem! There is much wisdom being expressed in this poem. It feels like a journey of life and as time goes so can all the things around you if you take it for granted. It is a very thought provoking piece I like the line ' travel with the company of a dark friend,
The shadows I cast, with me to the end,' Because to me, the message is be careful who you choose to go through life with because their influences, opinions, situations can rub off on you and you will be the one who has to carry it!!

Lovely work!! It makes you think about other life as well as your own. So many people wonders what it would be like to be something else. Human life is full of stresses and strains and it would be so nice to be free. But it seems the only true freedom now a days is in the untouched nature. Very well written!!
