This piece was actually quite fascinating for me to read. I love to write, but I am not all that great at doing so. In college, given a topic of research, I aced all of my writing papers, but writing strictly from thought is quite a difficult task indeed. The ideas are there, but the words sometimes are not! Anyway, I too have received several "critical" reviews, and at first glance I became crushed, but after reading them over and taking what was said into consideration, I found them to be very helpful. I totally agree with your view on taking criticism in stride, otherwise, you may never make it as a writer.
I got quite a chuckle while reading your monologue. I to had rabbits once. Beautiful silver-gray french lop eared ones. They wre brother and sister, and I got the for my daughter when she broke her foot. Anyway, the chuckle came when you spoke of their destructive ways. Mine especially loved books, drywall, and the children's toys. Although, I did manage to litter train them, so that was a plus. Are your's theives like mine were? They loved to steal my silverware and hide it under the sofa and in the linen closet.
Wow! What an awesome autobiography you have here. I like the fact that you told a little about everything, and I expecially like the fact that you sectioned it off like you did, it makes for easier reading. I found it to be quite fascinating. Overall, I enjoyed the autobio in it's entirety. Very well written. I will definately be rading more of you material soon!
