Great job. I found myself wondering where this poem was going, what the jester's secret and purpose was. There was no way i could have stopped reading this poem before it was finished. It ties together nicely in the end, and what a soul wrenching conclusion it was. It nearly brought tears to my eyes. Such an honest poem and well written. Thanks for sharing it.

I like this. Kerouac is without a doubt my favorite writer and I enjoy seeing people experiment with the style of prose that he invented. I enjoyed reading this and hope that you will continue with this style of writing; even if it's not to become your primary style, at least to continue paying homage to it and enjoying how exorcising spontaneous prose writing can be.

I like this poem. It's spontaneous and full of the feeling of the emotional rollercoaster that is indicative of a new relationship. Your attention to details that would normally mean nothing on a social or emotional level perfectly illustrate the very idea of young love and I have really enjoyed reading it. Good job!

I like how it shows the changes that the passing of time brings forth and how it affects the way we think, feel, and perceive the people, ideas, and concepts around us. This is a good piece. Sometimes the simplist things in life are the most worthwhile to write about. The only real suggestion I have to improve it is perhaps tightening some of the sentences and paragraphs a bit, so that it reads a little bit easier. All in all, a good read. Thanks for sharing.
Great poem. These days I find myself less of a religious person as I once was, yet I still enjoy anything well written and inspirational. This poem is one such piece. It is tightly constructed, the pace and direction of it twisting cleverly to show the true meaning of it all. Very good writing...keep it up!

I like this piece. It's very dark with a good choice of words to paint it's overall picture. It shows pain, confusion, and the shedding of one's own skin in the desire and hope to find the truth of their own humanity. Other than a couple of grammatical errors, the only suggestion I could make is maybe forming the piece into stanza form rather than paragraph form. That may be a beneficial approach to try out. It may even make a gothic style poem such as this one stand out a little more. An overall great poem.

Very interesting poem. I like it a lot because in many ways it's like some of the things i write. As i read it i felt like i was there in the scene of it all. You have done well at drawing the reader into the poem and i felt as if i were standing to the side of it all, watching it unfold. Awesome work.
Every now and then someone writes something so simple yet so full of life and insight that the reader can't help but fall in love with it. That, in my opinion, is the case with this piece. I loved everything about it. The yearning to rekindle memories of a simpler life and time and the persistence to be one with that feeling is wonderfully illustrated in your work and i applaud your talent.
Great writing. Very vivid descriptions of the people around and the relationship with Roxy. I could definately see the influence of both Kerouac and Thompson. Though the presence of their influences is there, you still put enough originality in the piece to make it your own. Keep up the good work!
