Hi, Estrella Mae!

A unique topic and a poignant, perfect expression of it. Loved how you started it out, how you arranged and timed the emotions of your characters, and how you brought your event to a relieving, joyful conclusion.

Great job, Estrella Mae!

Hi, EllaLea!

WOW! What a beautiful expression of love and loss and hope and joy in knowing that though you are without the one you've loved so deeply now, you will be reunited one day with him in Heaven, and never be without his and the Lord's presence in your life again! Every husband and wife and mother and father; indeed, every relative and friend of a precious loved one who has gone to be with God will relate to all of the emotions you've so perfectly recreated in this life event you've put into words as a memorial to the one who has been so dearly and completely loved. It moved my heart deeply as I read it and was reminded of the times in my own life when I lost someone, temporarily, too, into the hands of God, my sadness at the loss, but my joy in knowing my loss was only temporary, only for the remaining time that I am here without them in this heaven and earth.

Great job, EllaLea!

Hi, Brittany!

Enjoyed reading your short little poem. It was poignant and to the point, presenting an unique idea that you could expand into a longer poem if you decide to work on doing that.

Great job on putting your topic briefly and succinctly, Brittany!

Hi, Estrella Mae!

Enjoyed reading your thoughtful, poignant poem. Everyone is definitely more than the image other people may have of them before they take the time to really get to know them, what motivates them, where they live in their hearts and spirits.

Great job, Estrella Mae, on expressing the emotions a person feels when others don't see their real selves, but only the other person's image of who they are!

Hi, Melody!

Another poignant poem expressing the emotional dilemmas a heart goes through when it stops denying the feelings it has developed for another beyond the beauty and joy experienced in being "just special friends."

Great job, Melody!

Hi, Tess!

Loved reading your poem "I Love You, Lord", rejoicing with you through it for all of the blessings of Agape Love God has given to you throughout your life, in good times and bad times, times of faith, times of doubt, times of sin and times of resistance to sin.

Great job, Tess, in expressing your heart toward God in this poem!

What a beautiful invitation, Stars Above!

Makes me want to do all that you ask,
To set my mind, my soul, my heart
Happily about the task.

For how many out there truly care
To invite you to open up and share
All the thoughts, words, and music
That fill your being
With passionate joy and loving feelings?

Great job, Stars Above!

Great poem, Stars Above!

Isn't it fun to sit down, take a look at yourself, and slowly, line after line, craft a creative description of who you are? Really enjoyed learning the what makes up the young woman using the handle "Stars Above".

Hi, Maureen!

What a beautiful poem! Something different and fun to contemplate about. Where do those cool or warm breezes come from that arrive upon our waiting doorsteps?

I enjoyed how you suggested some possible starting points, then carried your breeze along from those to your abode.

Great job, Maureen!!!

Hi, Maureen!

And the plot begins to thicken! It'll be fun to see how you develop it further, as Marissa learns more about Michael and his business, and why the Feds are so interested in learning more about him and his business dealings too. What could cause the Feds to put Marissa through all they put her through? I'm looking forward to reading where you take Marissa's relationship with Michael from here. This could turn into a suspenseful thriller, as well as, an engaging romance.

You have to go back over what you've written and do some more editing to correct typos and sentences with repetitive information, eliminating those and tightening up what you've written, as you have time to work on editing this section of your storyline more, Maureen, but other than that need: GREAT JOB creating new developments in your storyline to keep your readers interested in your story and wanting to continue reading to find out what's going to happen next.

Hi, "milkwalrus"!

A very captivating essay. I found myself easily caught up in learning more about how your relationship with your "cherished friend" developed and blossomed into all it became.

You have some editing to do in some of your sentences to correct a few mistakes in wording and grammar, and you might want to tone down some of the "flowery" excesses in your descriptive adjectives, but, overall, a very good, heartfelt essay, "milkwalrus". How did your teacher like it? Writing is so much fun, putting thoughts and ideas together that will reach out and touch others' hearts. Keep on letting your imagination "soar" and having fun as you do so, like me!

Hi again, Ken!

Another great poem, perfectly expressing its topic in well-considered components. "The Pursuit of Dreams" indeed is suggested by the photo given for contestants to use to inspire their creative imaginations. Loved how that photo inspired yours, Ken!!!

Hi, Ken!

WOW!!! What an unique idea for a poem! Sandcastles are always such a visual treat to watch someone build, knowing that eventually the sea will rush in to reclaim all that sand so lovingly, delicately formed into the designer's temporary work of art. Hopefully, he/she brought a camera to preserve their "masterpiece" on film before the tide washes it away.

Great job, Ken!!!

A great continuation of your storyline, Maureen!!!

As I was reading it, I kept picturing its scenes being played out as one of Hallmark Love Story fans' favorite Hallmark movies! I think you could definitely turn it into a romantic screenplay, as well as, a Hallmark novel, and make some serious money blessing Christian Romance fans with it, Maureen! You have some editing to do on some sections of this continuation, but those grammar corrections are minor and easy to correct when you're ready to edit your work.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WHERE YOU ARE GOING WITH THIS LOVE STORY, MAUREEN! It's an unique idea, with situations that draw your readers in, keeping them interested, and looking forward to reading what's going to happen next in Marissa and Michael's growing relationship. GREAT JOB!!!

Hi, Maureen!

WOW! What a beautiful poem about the moon! Like the moon, it just rolled on endearingly to its sweet conclusion. It reminded me, of course, Maureen, of all of God's purposes in creating our earth's uniquely designed moon as a special blessing to Adam and Eve and from them to each of us! In one of my Word Find Puzzles that I hope you will enjoy doing, in my "ARTICULOUS WORD FINDS" folder in the "FOR THE LOVE OF WORD SEARCHING" folder, I have a puzzle with words chosen from an article about the uniqueness of our moon that I found at the AnswersInGenesis.org website that I encourage everyone to read there before doing that particular puzzle. I encourage you to do the same, Maureen.

GREAT JOB, MAUREEN!!!

WOW!, Maureen!

What a great way to get your readers hooked and interested in finding out more about your characters and what's going to happen next for them! Loved reading this portion of the novel you're working on. I know you've been having creative fun imagining all the possibilities and putting them down to work and expand on as you develop your initial ideas further.

This little preview of your scenario made me look forward to reading your completed love story when you've finished it.

Review of Waiting for Love

How well I know the longing you express in this poem about waiting for a future love, Tess! I am living it out every day right now.

I was blessed to be married for 23 years of my life, and even though some of those years were filled with heartbreak because of unexpected events and differences between my precious wife and I that resulted in a final dissolution of our marriage for "irreconcilable differences", we shared many wonderful years of taking care of each other's longings for and needs for the physical joys of marriage that the character of your poem yearns for too. And really miss sharing those with someone new, someone whose love will last and bless the rest of the life our Lord has for me in this older time period of my life.

Another great job of expressing the feelings of someone's heart, Tess!

Hi, Tess!

What a beautiful letter you have written from your heart to our Father's heart! LOVED READING IT! It expresses so clearly how dear and precious it is to know the truth of His Agape Love for us and His ever-present care throughout the good times and bad times of our lives.

As you know, I've experienced similar blessings and revelations of just how deep and faithful our Father's Agape Love is, as well as, His Son's, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ's, and our Helper, the Holy Spirit's Agape Love is too!!!

Great job, Tess, composing this loving letter!!!

Hi, Crystal!

How right you are about the perpetual transformations we all go through in our lives, from childhood through adulthood! Loved how you brought out this truth in your observation. The situations encountered in life transform some people for the better, others for naught, but transformation is one of the facts of our lives that we cannot escape from. If you're a Christian, you know that after salvation comes through your faith in your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, you'll be going through another transformation period in your life as, through the sanctification process, you become more and more Christ-like in character, until your final, most exciting and wonderful transformation occurs, a permanent transformation in which you receive a perfect, sin-nature free, glorious-type body like Jesus' transformed body and you live happily forever with Him and the Father and the Holy Spirit in a "new heaven and new earth".

Good job, Crystal!
