Why is the World so Unkind?

Why is the world so unkind?
People are afraid to speak
Fearful of another's mind

Everyday someone tries to find
Themself at their peak
Why is the world so unkind?

Some work hard to reach refined
While others are only weak
Fearful of another's mind

People are cruel behind
The backs of those who are unique
Why is the world so unkind?

Sad are those who are outlined
By others who are sleek
Fearful of another's mind

The world consists of all mankind
Sad, judgmental, or just trying to seek
Why is the world so unkind?
Fearful of another's mind
