You lizard skinned loon! Drink that caffinated warm tar!
My bones are creaky,
As I get out of the bed.
Am I old and crusty
Like a piece of toasted bread?

I head to the mirror
To wash my crocodile face.
How long has it been
Since I began this foot race?

The birds are all singing
A wry, little tune.
"Wake up and feed us
You lizard-skinned loon."

As I reach for that cup
Of caffeinated, warm tar,
This adventurer still feels quite grateful
For navigating this far.
