The value of dreams.
DREAMS

What are dreams? Are they conjectures?
Imagination’s overtures?
An insane flight of mere fancy?
A sign of mental infancy?

Those who dream perpetually
May be quaint but it’s really
True, those who dream once in a while,
Do have a mind that is fertile.

The needle of sewing machine,
Basic organic ring, benzene,
Were both visualized in dreams.
When, in sleep, mind has rarest gleams.

Dreams do decrease life’s drudgery,
They are like spice to life’s curry.
Dreams are balm for the aching heart,
In love, they play a lovely part.

Dreams are, in fact, what make a man.
First, he must dream before he can
Realize them by working hard.
Their lack would, man’s progress, retard.
