This is a poem written for my youngest when he began dressing himself.
I can dress myself today
I need no help so go away!
When I am dressed, We can play

Tag in the back, Shirt on just right
Pants pulled up good and tight
My shoes today I will not fight!
Right foot in, Left foot too
Oh shoe horn, I need you!

My teeth I brush good and clean
As I wash my face, Little sleep bugs from my eyes I erase
Now I am ready for the day
Come on sleepy head, Let's play!
