Scarred and abandoned
Long forgotten sun bleached bones

Our innocence lost
We struggle toward unanswered questions

The future forsaken
No choice but to wait
For desired salvation

We must sacrifice ourselves again
Nothing to give

We hide under street lights
Scarred and abandoned
