About someone who suffers from alcoholism.
I see and hear all of the ghosts in his head,
The ones that shock and scare him,
They forced him to another bottle,
Just to forget, that's all he wants to do.

He stumbles around with bloodshot eyes,
Taunt skin fitting around his bones
varying shades of red and yellow.
He doesn't want to get drunk,
He doesn't want to be dependent,
It's just to forget, he only wants to forget.

He sees his family fall around him,
Only a couple stay and stick by him,
But he hurts them everyday,
He watches all the pain the face and that just adds to the skeletons,
The ones hanging around his closet.
As long as they are there he'll be in pain,
He'll never forget.
