Veteran's Day just passed, but we should remember our veterans everyday.
Ode to our fallen ones
So selfless in their plight
Our daughters and our sons
It is an endless fight

Preserving our freedom
Hurts and is no easy task
During the fight when we lose some
Is it too much to ask

Ode to our fallen men and women
Your blood shed will be remembered
The gift you have so humbly given
And the pain endured
