Just something that popped in my head
Deception
Today I saw the perfect girl
I mean the type that will make your head twirl
She was short maybe about five feet
Standing there looking flawless from across the street
Then I saw her looking my way
And I though damn this must be my day
So I walked over towards her
But yet I was still unsure
Should I open my mouth and speak
But then, I thought, I had to
Because no one has ever made me feel this weak.
Her eyes light brown and skin smooth like mocha
Her smile was so sweet and bright
Able to bring the whole town to light
This girl was on point
Everything was perfect, even every joint.
We only spent one day together
But it felt like forever
I thought to myself she could be the one
But then she turned to me and said
I forgot to tell you I have a man and a son
I was like damn, could this be?
This girl was too perfect for reality
My world was shattered
My heart was broken
I walked alone down the street
My head was pounding, it started to twirl
All because of that so called perfect girl
