Intimate view on one mans journey through adulthood
With thirty-one winters bestowed upon my face, also wisdom now resides. Shrift I am not without delations, actions in which one shamefully lowers pate. Only to draw conclusion, one's actions of yesterday are not to be abhored, but consider all as it grows. As a newborn, does he not stumble before he masters balance? The same as I. Many nights have fallen and days have risen, in which I've searched for reasoning. Left to ones own devices, conjured up excuses, made logic of my treason. Startled by a reflection unfamiliar to my own; thus awakened every bone, perverted pretenses i've sown, my integrity on loan, couldn't tell my left from right and what was wrong. I had become hollow. No substance. A shell of a being, worse yet just a casing of a man. As the dew of morning refreshes the sun scored grass, I too have become ressurected within myself. No longer hunched, upright, I walk with pride. And at times, when my words don't align, with the actions I provide, please dont write them off as lies, Its that I walk in faith, a man of growth, that lives inside, for through this journey maturation was my prize!
