The little snowflake played with the wind, and now he is no more.
This is an illustration for a poem about a snowflake.

The Snowflake

*Snow1**Snow1**Snow1**Snow1**Snow1**Snow1*

I fell from the clouds, all sparkling and bright,

A brand new snowflake on that cold, cold night.

But the big, bad wind blew in from the east,

And the other snowflakes fled from the beast.

But I was a baby, and I knew no better.

I played with the wind and soon grew wetter.

Alas, my sparkle melted into rain.

I dropped from the sky and fell down to the lane.

I once was a snowflake, frosty and bright.

Now I’m a droplet, a quiver in the light.
