Ordinary time in Catholicism means numbered (ordinal) days
Steady march of days
Carved in living stone,
Breath of life the rhythm-
A symphony of moments.
Meaning in the measured tread
Of sun and moon the clock
Ticking off this string of time;
Swift passage of ordinary days.
