An elderly woman died in the front pew in the middle of Mass today.
Angels come with gloved hands
To carry you away
As silently we watch you go-
What made you choose this day?

One moment you were praying there,
Then left without a cry.
I wonder as I watch you sleep-
Is it you who dream, or I?
