It is a funny little poem I thought up of a boy meeting a peculiar bird. Enjoy!
Oh the old jack-daw goes a skipping up the path.
Though he's not very clean, cause he never took a bath.
Fortunate is he,
To seldom ever be,
As clean as I.
Though I find it amusing,
To see him so bemusing,
He looked me in the eye.
He said, "Jolly boy, where are ya going? The school is not near here."
To which I replied, "It time I toke my bath dear sir, or me mother clip me ear!"
