A famous friend
The stranger I always knew
Once, twice, even thrice met
I watched only too well
While you never even noticed

One pair of eyes look out
And a thousand stare back
The liberty of life, juxstaposed
With the cage of fame

Always coming into my life
You always seem to be leaving

But your soul's in every breath.
