Feelings of being lost and what controls you not knowing you
Never Knowing

Eyes, cutting out the light,
Steel slippery walls,
Falling down,
And the blade never knew her thoughts;

Heart, blood pumping life,
Tugging at her chest,
Ripped out,
And the blade never knew her love;

Hands, pounding worthlessly,
Brushing away the tears,
Pain spreads,
And the blade never knew her work;

Feet, running from the pain,
Slowing to a stop,
Facing fears,
And the blade never knew her breath;

Cheeks, tears rolling down,
Flushed from the time,
Lined in strain,
And the blade never knew her sadness;

Mind, full of troubled thoughts,
Wanting to stop the chatter,
Fading out,
For the blade knew her intention.
