When you feel you have not done anything of merit in life
I don't think I will ever know where I'm headed
I feel like I'm going nowhere
Headed down a one lane highway in the
noitcerid gnorw (wrong direction)
Destined to crash.

How do I know if I'm doing things right?
I keep asking myself these questions
Only time can answer.

Day after Day
I live and breathe
never doing anything of consequence
Staring at a brick wall
built up in the way
Going nowhere fast.

What if my time came
Would my life hold any meaning?
Would I even be remembered?

Would I be ripped out of the world's records
A blank page
To be burned
For the nothingness I have achieved.

If you live alone
Then you die alone.
